On November 9, Tien Yen district successfully organized the 3rd Congress of the District Literature and Arts Association, term 2024-2029.
Tien Yen District Literature and Arts Association currently has 105 members. During the 2019-2024 term, the District Literature and Arts Association has actively promoted the Party's policies and resolutions through literary and artistic works.
In 5 years, Tien Yen District Literature and Arts Association has coordinated with specialized Literature and Arts Associations of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association and localities to organize 4 literature and arts creation camps in the area, collecting over 180 works of music , fine arts, photography, poetry, literature, theater... Thereby, contributing to spreading the value of literature and art closer to the masses in the district in particular and Quang Ninh province in general.
During the term, the District Literature and Arts Association coordinated to organize 3 photo exhibitions with 225 works, welcoming the Cultural and Sports Week of the Northeast ethnic groups; celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province; 70th anniversary of Tien Yen Liberation Day, publishing a collection of literature and art to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Tien Yen Liberation Day. Many excellent works of members of the District Literature and Arts Association have been honored in competitions and exhibitions such as: Vietnam Tourism; Red River photo exhibition; Quang Ninh press award; international photo exhibition...
With the motto "Solidarity - Creativity - Development" for the 2024-2029 term, the District Literature and Arts Association will continue to improve the quality of the Association's work, attract a large number of collaborators and members to participate in cultural and artistic activities, build a strong Association organization; exploit diverse resources for cultural and artistic activities; closely follow the tasks of local economic and social development, foster and improve the political capacity of artists associated with promoting responsibility to the people and society for composing and performing; strive to have more and more new literary and artistic works with artistic value commensurate with regions and areas in the country.
In the spirit of urgency, seriousness and high responsibility, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Tien Yen District Literature and Arts Association, term III, 2024-2029, consisting of 7 comrades.
On this occasion, Tien Yen District People's Committee awarded 4 collectives and 16 individuals with outstanding achievements in the activities of the District Literature and Arts Association for the 2019-2024 term.
