On the afternoon of July 12, at the Provincial Conference Center, Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Congress Organizing Committee chaired the general rehearsal of the program of the Provincial Armed Forces Emulation Congress for the period 2019 - 2024.
Attending the general rehearsal of the congress program were leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors; leaders of the Provincial Military Command; and members of the Congress Organizing Committee.

Speaking at the rehearsal, Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: The organization of the Provincial Armed Forces Emulation Congress for the period 2019 - 2024 aims to summarize and evaluate the results of emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement for Victory of the Provincial Armed Forces; to commend, reward, and promote advanced models, good people, and good deeds. At the same time, to determine the direction, tasks, goals, and measures for implementation in the coming period.

This congress is organized in the direction of innovative content, solemnity, practicality, efficiency, safety and economy.
The congress program includes the following contents: Art program to welcome with the theme "Advancing under the flag of victory"; summary report on emulation and reward work and the Emulation and Victory Movement for the period 2019 - 2024; directions, goals, and tasks for the period 2024 - 2029; discussion reports, reports on typical advanced models and emulation and reward work, etc.

At the rehearsal, delegates and members of the Congress Organizing Committee followed the program and contributed ideas so that the Organizing Committee could direct the completion of the contents in accordance with regulations, suitable to actual conditions, and achieve the best results.
The Provincial Armed Forces Emulation Congress will take place on the morning of July 13 at the Provincial Convention Center.
