Dai Nghia, Nhat Kim Anh... busy sending vegetables and rice to the poor

(NLDO) – Artists Dai Nghia, Nhat Kim Anh, My Hanh... actively delivered rice and vegetables to people as well as charity kitchens in Ho Chi Minh City. From the US, singer Dan Truong and many others donated 3 tons of rice to the charity.

On July 10, artist Dai Nghia posted on his personal page that 1.5 tons of vegetables had been sent by the An Vui account to the "Thuong Sai Gon" kitchen. This is a kitchen that cooks for free for hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City.

Previously, Dai Nghia informed that An Vui account sent to Trung Vuong Hospital 2 boxes of N95 masks, each box containing 1,440 masks for doctors to use. Before that, this Fund also donated 500 sets of medical protective clothing to Chi Hoa prison.

On July 8, artist Dai Nghia, singer My Hanh, and actress Nhat Kim Anh brought 2 tons of vegetables to the locked-down areas on Nguyen Thi Nho Street, Tan Binh District. This vegetable truck was mobilized by Nhat Kim Anh.

Artists Dai Nghia and Nhat Kim Anh transported vegetables to people before Ho Chi Minh City implemented social distancing according to Directive 16.

That same morning, An Vui account sent 500 kg of rice to Co Thu vegetarian restaurant in Binh Tan district. Every day, this restaurant cooks and sends 900 portions of vegetarian meals to the blockade areas. Dai Nghia and My Hanh went to all the blockade areas of Binh Tan district to deliver vegetables and fruits. These vegetables were sent to Ho Chi Minh City by a monk from Lam Dong .

Previously, artist Dai Nghia combined with supermodel Xuan Lan to give gifts at Children's Hospital 1 and Children's Hospital 2.

In addition to Dai Nghia, singer My Hanh, actress Nhat Kim Anh, supermodel Xuan Lan, and actress Viet Huong also contributed 5 tons of rice, some essential foods, and 1,000 gifts to poor people and artists.
