In 1954, Tro Pagoda was burned down by the enemy. Later, it was restored by the people with its simple, rustic beauty.

The pagoda used to be the place to keep the national treasure - the ceramic tower of Tro pagoda. Currently, this treasure is being kept at Hung Vuong Museum, facility 2.

The interesting thing about coming to Tro Pagoda is that visitors can feel the close connection between the communal house - pagoda - village. Right next to Tro Pagoda, the ancient Dan Tru communal house with its soft curved roof and rustic carvings bearing the mark of time

The parallel between communal house and pagoda creates a unique cultural complex, where folk beliefs blend with Buddhism naturally and closely.

Entering the main hall of Tro Pagoda are solemnly arranged Buddha statues.

In the middle of the temple yard, the image of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara brings a sense of peace and reminds people to strive for goodness.

Every step in the temple yard brings a sense of peace, as if this place holds within itself a tranquil energy field, enough to soothe all worries.

Within the grounds, a small guest house displays Buddhist documents and artifacts, helping visitors learn more about the history of the pagoda and the land here.

For Dan Tru people, Tro pagoda is not only a place of worship but also a sacred memory of the village.

Many activities to learn, restore, and educate about cultural history are organized, helping people become more attached to their homeland's heritage.

Nowadays, Tro Pagoda has become a spiritual destination, an indispensable place for religious activities for local people.
