Dak Lak has a business honored as "Best Workplace in Asia 2025"

Dak Lak 2/9 Import Export Company Limited (Simexco Daklak) is the only enterprise in Dak Lak province that has just been honored in the list of "Best Workplaces in Asia 2025" at HR Asia Awards 2025, announced by HR Asia Magazine - the leading human resources magazine in Asia.

HR Asia Awards is an international award held annually in 15 Asian countries and territories to evaluate and honor businesses with leading human resources policies, benefits, and working environments in the region. The award honors businesses that build excellent, sustainable, and humane working environments.

To achieve this title, Simexco Daklak passed a rigorous assessment process including employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, human resource policy assessments, career development opportunities and community-oriented activities.

Simexco Daklak representative received the award "Best Workplace in Asia" at the HR Asia Awards 2025.

With over 32 years of establishment and development, Simexco Daklak has not only affirmed its position as the leading coffee exporter in Vietnam, but is also known as a dynamic, creative and cohesive working environment. The company currently creates jobs for hundreds of workers in Dak Lak and many branches nationwide, fully implements welfare regimes and continuously invests in training and improving the qualifications of human resources.

Currently, Simexco Daklak has a total of 358 employees and workers with an average salary in 2024 for the import-export business sector of 23 million/month.

The “Best Workplaces in Asia 2025” award is a source of pride not only for Simexco Daklak, but also for the coffee industry and workers of Dak Lak. This success contributes to spreading the image of a deeply integrated local enterprise, raising the brand of Vietnamese coffee in the international arena.
