Dak Lak: The implementation results of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW are important criteria in evaluating and classifying cadres.

Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee chaired the meeting.

According to the assessment of the Steering Committee for Science and Technology Development, Innovation and Digital Transformation of Dak Lak province, right after the first meeting, the Provincial Steering Committee has resolutely and made efforts to implement tasks on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation in the province.

The Provincial Steering Committee and directly comrade Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee regularly work with agencies, units, localities, and support groups to promptly grasp issues arising in the process of performing tasks. Many solutions have been proposed, many bottlenecks, especially in the early days of entering the province and implementing the 2-level local government model, have been promptly resolved.

Thanks to that, Dak Lak is one of the provinces that has soon greened the targets of Plan 02/KH-BCĐTW of the Central Steering Committee on promoting digital transformation in a connected, synchronous, fast and effective manner, meeting the requirements of organizing the apparatus of the political system.

Dak Lak is also one of the provinces highly appreciated in serving people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and providing public services. In the third quarter of 2025, Dak Lak province ranked 8th out of 34 provinces and cities nationwide.

In addition, many initiatives and solutions have been piloted and proven effective in leadership, direction, operation and socio-economic development such as: Project "Each commune and ward has a KOL - Bringing Dak Lak products and landscapes to the digital space"; online monitoring Dashboard system; Zalo group directing and operating provinces, communes and wards; Dak Lak digital application....

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee highly appreciated the achieved results and affirmed the efforts of agencies and units in the recent past.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Head of the Provincial Steering Committee suggested thoroughly grasping and firmly implementing the new operating principle that was just agreed upon at the 13th Central Conference, which is "Discipline comes first - Resources go together - Results are the measure".

At the same time, consistently implement 3 guiding viewpoints: Taking people and businesses as the center, all activities and decisions must aim at the ultimate goal of people and businesses' satisfaction, taking results as the measure; resolute, substantial, effective: Words must go hand in hand with actions, assigned tasks must have products, must be completed on time, discipline must be put first; interconnected, synchronous, comprehensive: Harmonious and synchronous coordination between the Party-government-Fatherland Front blocs and organizations, with the joint efforts of the business community and people.

The Provincial Steering Committee sets a goal for Dak Lak province to strive to green the phase 2 indicators of Plan 02-KH/BCĐTW by December 15; to be one of the 10 leading provinces and cities in serving people and businesses in performing administrative procedures, providing public services and to be one of the 15 leading provinces and cities in the DTI digital transformation assessment ranking and in the PII local innovation ranking.

Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dak Lak province Bui Thanh Toan spoke at the meeting.

To achieve these goals, Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee, requested agencies, Party committees and localities to have fundamental changes in leadership, direction and administration methods; shifting from report-based management to management based on data updated in real time, ensuring high transparency and accountability.

The Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee requested agencies, Party committees, and localities to review the tasks assigned by the Central Government and the Provincial Steering Committee and the fundamental tasks that need to be implemented immediately, especially the tasks that must be completed before December 31 in the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, and clear authority"; assign the Provincial Party Committee Office - Standing Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee to synthesize and submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee to issue an implementation plan; determine the implementation results of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW as an important criterion in evaluating and classifying cadres at all levels.

The Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary also requested the members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Provincial Party Committee members assigned to be in charge of communes and wards to strengthen their grasp of the situation, direct, urge and remind localities in implementing the tasks of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
