Accordingly, the Politburo and the Secretariat agreed on the policy of streamlining the apparatus of the inspection agency system at two levels at the central and local levels. The activities of district inspectorates and department inspectorates will be terminated and reorganized into organizations under the provincial inspectorate. The Provincial Inspectorate Party Committee is a grassroots party committee directly under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

Dak Nong thoroughly grasps the Party's conclusions and directives on streamlining the apparatus.

After the reorganization, agencies that no longer conduct inspections shall perform inspection functions and tasks within the scope of State management. The head shall be responsible for assigning subordinate units to advise on the performance of inspection functions and tasks, receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to lead and direct the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Inspectorate and the District People's Committees to proactively implement tasks to arrange the inspection agency system in accordance with the conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat and other relevant documents.

The Provincial Party Committee reviews and arranges the organizational structure, arranges forces, facilities, necessary conditions, and implementation roadmap in sync with the implementation of the policy of arranging administrative units, ensuring continuity, no interruption, and no omission of tasks.
