Accordingly, Phu Yen Power Company has proactively inspected and handled defects on the power grid, monitored loads at transformer stations, coordinated electrical safety with exam points and increased periodic inspections of power equipment, power grids, and cleared line corridors. In particular, the company will not perform any work that affects the power supply during the exam, except in case of incident handling. For the backup plan, Phu Yen Power Company has arranged backup generators at important locations such as the Exam Council and the Exam Printing and Copying Board, along with a 24/7 on-call mode (including on-call forces, supplies, equipment and fuel always ready to handle incidents). In addition, the communication system is always open; Detailed transmission and power transfer scenarios have been developed for both the 110kV and medium voltage grids, with multiple backup feeders to ensure continuity of power supply.
