PC Hoa Binh coordinated to inspect the electrical system at the 2025 high school graduation exam sites in the province.
Comrade Nguyen The Hung, Deputy Director of PC Hoa Binh said: "Immediately after receiving the request for coordination from the Departmentof Education and Training, the Company directed the urgent implementation of specific tasks, considering this as one of the key activities that needs to be organized synchronously, thoroughly and closely following reality. The goal is to not let any interruptions affect the exam."
Accordingly, PC Hoa Binh has assigned its affiliated power companies to closely coordinate with the Department of Education and Training of districts and cities to fully grasp information about examination sites, electricity demand, and load characteristics. Before June 10, the units must complete inspections and handle problems on the grid, especially in areas supplying power to exam printing, copying, and grading sites. During the period from June 24 to 28, all power companies must not implement any planned power outages, and at the same time, make a list of 24/24 duty staff, and fully arrange materials, equipment, and means to respond.
Each testing site is assigned at least 2 technical workers on duty at all times. The power companies are responsible for checking the schools' backup generators, coordinating the inspection of the electrical system, agreeing on incident handling plans and power supply boundaries with customers. Repair and troubleshooting teams must be ready to respond quickly, ensuring continuous power supply throughout the entire testing period.
Regarding implementation solutions, the Company has synchronously deployed technical tasks, such as assessing the current status of the power grid, forecasting the load, establishing the operating method according to the basic and backup wiring diagram. 110kV stations, medium voltage lines connecting the loop are thoroughly inspected and maintained to prevent incidents and increase the reliability of power supply. In addition, the communication, transmission and operation systems are also reviewed to ensure stable operation according to N-1 mode.
At locations where exam papers are printed, marked, and graded - particularly important locations, PC Hoa Binh has arranged for power from two sources, or used a 250kVA backup diesel generator. The remaining exam locations have also prepared plans to use small generators, along with full supplies, fuel, and detailed operating plans to proactively respond to any unusual situations from the grid.
In addition, the Company has completed detailed technical plans to respond to major incidents, such as loss of 110kV lines, transformer failures, busbar interruptions, etc. In each scenario, flexible load swapping and source transfer plans have been developed, along with specific assignments of implementation forces. Small hydropower plants in the area will be mobilized to the maximum during peak hours, to increase internal resources and reduce the load on the main grid.
With proactive, methodical preparation and a high sense of responsibility from the entire unit, PC Hoa Binh commits to ensuring safe and continuous power supply to serve the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.
