Ensure workers' rights

Today is May 1st - International Workers' Day. This day, 139 years ago, marked the beginning of the American workers' movement, becoming a day of celebration and action for the international workers' movement and for workers around the world .

In order to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, in recent times, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Vinh Phuc province has actively coordinated with business owners, cared for and implemented the legitimate rights and interests of workers, creating motivation to help workers stay with the business.

Cerie International Co., Ltd., Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen District is a foreign enterprise specializing in the production of garments for export, with over 2,000 employees, mainly female workers. To care for and protect the rights of workers, the Company's Trade Union organizes annual dialogues between workers and the enterprise, which outline many issues related to the care and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of workers.

The Vinh Phuc Industrial Parks Trade Union currently has over 100,000 union members and workers in industrial parks. In order to effectively carry out the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, the Trade Unions at all levels have stepped up propaganda on the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, raised awareness, and built a contingent of workers and civil servants with strong political will. At the same time, promoting the role of grassroots trade unions in enterprises, helping to balance the interests of employers and workers, contributing to improving the production and business efficiency of enterprises.

In addition, the Trade Union of Industrial Zones of Vinh Phuc province proactively coordinates with the authorities, professional colleagues at the same level, and employers to effectively organize the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace; continue to build, amend, supplement and organize the signing of collective labor agreements.
