On February 3, speaking with a reporter from Dan Viet newspaper, Mr. Dao Xuan Vinh - Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Bao Ninh commune (Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province), excitedly said: "Local fishermen went to sea on the 4th day of Tet. After several days of fishing, the fishermen reported a big catch, mostly grouper, tuna, and scad... Upon receiving the news, everyone was happy."
