The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc achieved and exceeded 5/7 targets of the 14th Congress Resolution.

(BD) - On July 21, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc held a mid-term review conference (2020 - 2025) to implement the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Congress, and review the work in the first 6 months of 2023.

According to the assessment at the Conference, since the beginning of the term, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and the affiliated Party Committees have paid attention to leading and directing the implementation of Party and mass organization building work, and coordinating the leadership to well implement the political tasks of each agency and unit.

Most of the targets were achieved and exceeded: 5/7 targets of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress of the Bloc were achieved; 8/9 targets of the 3 action programs to implement the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Bloc were achieved; 5/6/7 targets in the Plan of the Bloc Party Committee to implement the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 20th Party Congress of Binh Dinh Province, Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress on "Improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of party members in the period 2020 - 2025" (there was 1 target that did not have enough time to evaluate).

The work of political and ideological education and the protection of the Party's ideological foundation has received due attention, with timely dissemination, dissemination, concretization and implementation of the Party's resolutions, directives, regulations and conclusions. Party committees and organizations at all levels have seriously implemented it, with many creative ways and good models in studying and following Uncle Ho; the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres, party members and key leaders has been promoted.

The work of building grassroots party organizations and party members has been strengthened and achieved clear results; Party committees at all levels have been regularly consolidated and improved to ensure quantity and quality; Party committees and organizations at all levels have properly implemented the principles of party organization and activities; the annual rate of new party members has met the targets set out in the Resolution. Since the beginning of the term, 646 new party members have been developed.

Regarding limitations and shortcomings, the rate of party members studying the resolution has not met the target (98.36%/100%); the rate of newly admitted party members within the age of youth union members is only 54.64%/70%.

In addition, the concretization of some leadership and direction documents of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc is still slow; participation in party activities at grassroots party organizations is not in accordance with the plan; the guidance and urging of grassroots organizations to carry out Party building tasks by the committees of the Party Committee of the Bloc is sometimes not thorough and not regular...

From now until the end of the term, Party committees and Party organizations in the Bloc will focus on leading and directing cadres and Party members in the Party Committee to uphold their sense of responsibility, perform well the political tasks of the agencies and units, and carry out well the work of building strong grassroots Party organizations. Strive to successfully complete the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress of the Bloc of Provincial Agencies and the targets and tasks of the programs and plans to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

In particular, Party committees at all levels continue to promote their role as political cores, coordinate with leaders of agencies and units at the same level to actively advise and propose to the Provincial Party Committee to complete the targets of the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the targets and tasks of the action programs to implement the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress. Advise the Provincial People's Committee to develop policies and strategies for socio-economic development of the province suitable for each year and each period, especially solutions to restore socio-economic development of the province during and after the economic recession.

At the same time, strengthen the building of a clean and strong Party and political and social organizations. Timely organize the study, dissemination and propaganda of the Party's guidelines, policies, directives, resolutions, regulations, conclusions, policies, laws of the State, the world, domestic and provincial situations to Party members, cadres and the masses. Well implement the key task of "Enhancing the exemplary responsibility of Party committees, heads of Party committees and leaders of agencies and units in the Bloc, contributing to strengthening the trust of the masses and people in the leadership of the Party".

On the other hand, focus on consolidating and improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of party members. Implement the model of "4-good grassroots party organizations", "4-good party cells" and continue to perform well the key task of "Improving the quality of party cell activities to contribute to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations". Strictly implement the work of party member management; strengthen and improve the quality of party member development work, focusing on developing party members who are youth union members, ensuring sufficient conditions and standards according to the Party Charter.

● At the Conference, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc conducted a vote of confidence for Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc Nguyen Huu Loc and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc Bui Quang Nhut.
