In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Thai Son Corporation has led and directed the excellent completion of tasks assigned by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense , contributing to economic development associated with strengthening national defense and security; organizing a lean, strong, efficient apparatus, capable of competing with domestic and foreign enterprises.

Synchronously deploy many construction solutions and hand over many projects, including important military projects in remote areas, islands and strategic and key areas; participate in building infrastructure projects to meet the needs of sustainable socio-economic development. Annually, the construction sector grows by an average of 6%/year.

During its tenure, the Corporation has donated 58 houses of gratitude and charity to policy beneficiaries and the poor; supported more than 25 billion VND for civil works. Logistics, technical work, and digital transformation were carried out seriously, meeting the requirements of the task, ensuring absolute safety.

With the right and appropriate policies and measures in leading the implementation of the central political tasks, over the past 5 years, the Corporation has always fulfilled its production and business tasks well. Revenue for the entire term reached 108.7% of the plan; budget contribution reached 102.8% of the plan; profit reached 115% of the plan. The obligation to pay the State budget and the Ministry of National Defense according to regulations was well fulfilled; the rights of cadres and employees were guaranteed; the position, prestige and brand of the Corporation were maintained and enhanced.

The Congress discussed and proposed many leadership solutions to carry out tasks for the 2025-2030 term; focusing on implementing 3 breakthroughs: Investing in advanced equipment and technology combined with training high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of building an increasingly strong Corporation; strengthening measures to handle backlogs, improving financial health; promoting digital transformation, administrative reform, applying science and technology in all aspects of work and promoting the cultural values of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period, combined with building corporate culture in Thai Son Corporation.

In the coming term, Major General Nguyen Ba Luc noted: Promoting the spirit of "Pioneer is a soldier", the Party Committee and Party Committee of Thai Son Corporation need to focus on leading, directing, arranging, innovating to improve production and business efficiency and competitiveness; organizing production and business effectively, in accordance with the law and regulations of the Ministry of National Defense; maintaining an annual growth rate of 2 digits or more; perfecting the organization and staffing according to regulations of the Ministry of National Defense, building a strong and comprehensive unit, successfully completing the identified goals and breakthroughs.
