To be able to log in to the VssID application with a VNeID account, you must ensure a number of conditions. Your account must be registered for a level 2 electronic identification account. And you have installed and updated the latest version of the VssID and VNeID applications on your phone.

After meeting the above conditions, please log in to VssID with your VNeID account through the following steps:

Step 1: First, you access the VssID application on your phone. Then, you click on Log in with electronic identification account to log in.

Step 2: The screen will now redirect you to the VNeID application as shown below. Next, enter your VNeID account password and click Login. After you have logged in to VNeID, the screen will immediately redirect to the VssID application, meaning you have successfully logged in.
