The Party Committee of Vinh Tien Commune (Vinh Bao District) announced the release of the History of the Commune Party Committee, period 1947-2023.

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of January 19, Vinh Tien commune (Vinh Bao district) held a ceremony to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024); the 77th anniversary of the founding of the first Communist Party cell, the predecessor of the commune Party Committee (January 5, 1947 - January 5, 2024); receiving the certificate of recognition of the commune meeting the advanced new rural standards in 2023 and releasing the book of the history of the commune Party Committee for the period (1947-2023). Vinh Tien is a land rich in revolutionary traditions, cultural traditions, and traditions of studiousness. Over many generations, the people of Vinh Tien have always been united, diligent, creative in production labor, and brave in the struggle to protect the independence and freedom of their homeland and country. Under the feudal colonial regime, the people of Vinh Tien have always upheld the spirit of struggle, refusing to be oppressed and exploited. Vinh Tien gradually became one of the cradles of the revolutionary movement in Vinh Bao district. Also from this land, many progressive people enthusiastically participated in the revolutionary movement before the Communist Party of Vietnam was born: the struggle to protect Duong Am sandbank (1929-1930), the uprising of the Vietnam Nationalist Party cell in Vinh Bao (February 1930) ... caused a great resonance, going down in history.

On January 5, 1947, the Tien Am Communist Party Cell, the predecessor of the Vinh Tien Commune Party Committee today, was established. Since the Party Cell's leadership, the local revolutionary movement continued to gain important victories, contributing to the overall successes of the revolutionary cause of the entire district. Under the direct leadership of the Party Cell, the people of Vinh Tien united as one, concentrated their human and material resources to steadfastly stick to their land and villages, and wage a long-term resistance war with the people of the whole country to defeat the French colonialists' war of aggression. With the tradition of patriotism and revolution, the Vinh Tien Commune Party Committee continued to lead the people in the commune to focus on restoring and developing the socio-economy, stabilizing people's lives, together with the people of the entire district and the whole country, striving to build socialism in the North, continuing to contribute human and material resources to the resistance war against the US to save the country, contributing to the complete liberation of the South and the reunification of the Fatherland.

During the period of building and defending the socialist Fatherland, the Party Committee of Vinh Tien commune has focused on comprehensively leading the local revolutionary movements, achieving many important results in socio-economics, national defense and security, party building and the political system. Over nearly 40 years of implementing the renovation initiated and led by the Party, the Party Committee has focused on leading the implementation of ideological work, especially in the task of economic development and new rural construction. In 2016, the commune completed the National Target Program on new rural construction. In 2023, the commune met the advanced new rural standards and is continuing to build a model new rural area . The tireless efforts of generations of cadres, party members and people in the past have contributed to many positive changes in the socio-economy of Vinh Tien, and the appearance of the countryside has improved.

In recognition of Vinh Tien's important contributions through each revolutionary period, the Party and the State awarded Vinh Tien the honor of being awarded by the Party and the State: Third-class Anti-French Resistance Medal; First-class and Third-class Anti-American Resistance Medal; Dong Pha Pagoda was awarded the Third-class Anti-French Resistance Medal; and hundreds of medals and badges of all kinds to individuals with outstanding achievements in the resistance war ; many Party members of the Party Committee were awarded the Party Badge .
