List of secretaries of 34 provincial and municipal party committees

This morning, June 30, nationwide, the announcement ceremony of resolutions and decisions of the Central and local governments on the merger of provincial and communal administrative units took place; including the organizational structure and leadership personnel at all levels in 34 provinces and cities.

Below is the list of secretaries of 23 provinces and cities after the rearrangement and 11 secretaries of provinces and cities that did not carry out the rearrangement:
