List of communes and wards in Ha Tinh applying regional minimum wage from July 1

(Baohatinh.vn) - Of the 69 communes and wards after the administrative unit arrangement, Ha Tinh will have 12 communes and wards applying the minimum wage of region III.

The Government has just issued a list of areas applying the regional minimum wage issued together with Decree No. 128/2025/ND-CP dated June 11, 2025, regulating decentralization and delegation in state management of the internal affairs sector.

According to Decree 128/ND/CP, in Ha Tinh, the regional minimum wage is applied in Region III, including the wards of Song Tri, Hai Ninh, Hoanh Son, Vung Ang, Thanh Sen, Tran Phu, Ha Huy Tap and the communes of Thach Lac, Dong Tien, Thach Khe, Cam Binh, Ky Hoa. The remaining communes and wards apply the region IV minimum wage.

The monthly regional minimum wage is as follows: Region I is 4.96 million VND/month; Region II is 4.41 million VND/month; Region III is 3.86 million VND/month; Region IV is 3.45 million VND/month.

Minimum hourly regional wage: Region I is 23,800 VND/hour; Region II is 21,200 VND/hour; Region III is 18,600 VND/hour and Region IV is 16,600 VND/hour.
