Speed up planning of new industrial zones

According to the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, in 2025, based on the planning of priority industrial parks to be implemented in the period of 2025-2030 according to Decision No. 790/QD-TTg dated August 3, 2024 of the Prime Minister, the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board plans to advise on planning for 10 industrial parks, including: Tan Lap I Industrial Park, Lai Hung Industrial Park, Binh Duong Riverside ISC Industrial Park, Bau Bang 4 Industrial Park, Bac Tan Uyen 2 Industrial Park, Dau Tieng 1A Industrial Park, Bau Bang 3 Industrial Park, Dau Tieng 4 Industrial Park, Dau Tieng 5 Industrial Park, Phu Giao 4 Industrial Park, with a total planned land area of about 6,553 hectares.

Currently, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board is organizing the preparation of tasks and General Construction Planning Projects (scale 1/5,000) for the Industrial Parks. In particular, Bac Tan Uyen 1 Industrial Park has completed the planning task, which has been approved by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 04/NQ-HDND dated January 24, 2025 and approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 384/QD-UBND dated February 13, 2025. It is currently continuing to implement the next steps, and is expected to complete the planning of this Industrial Park by the end of April 2025; Vinh Lap Industrial Park is carrying out procedures for bidding to select contractors.
