Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 213/CD-TTg on speeding up the progress of arranging, assigning, and handling houses and land after rearranging the organization of administrative apparatus and units at all levels.

Accordingly, the Prime Minister requested to review and develop a plan for managing and using headquarters and public assets after reorganizing the apparatus and administrative units at all levels, ensuring compliance with regulations, efficiency, and no omissions, losses, waste, or negativity...

The Prime Minister also requested that for housing and land facilities that have been approved and have plans for recovery and transfer to local management and handling, the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities continue to direct the urgent development of plans for exploitation and handling in accordance with the provisions of law. In case of difficulties or problems, report to the Ministry of Finance for guidance.

In addition, promptly update and adjust provincial planning, land use planning, urban and rural planning and other relevant planning according to authority.

The Ministry of Finance continues to strengthen inspection, supervision, and guidance for localities, and publicize information on the progress of arrangement and handling of headquarters and public assets of each locality on the Ministry of Finance's Electronic Information Portal and mass media.
