- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Sales spending applies to successful transactions as recorded on the MB system.
- Customers are recorded the total spending turnover of all Visa cards that the Customer owns. Spending turnover includes payment transactions using MB Visa cards via POS or Ecommerce payments.
- Each customer can only receive 1 prize in the Program.
- At the time of award consideration, the customer must not have bad debt, overdue debt or the card must not be in permanent card closure status.
- (*) In case there is more than 1 Customer satisfying the conditions of the Award Mechanism in Period 1, the Customer with the highest Spending Turnover in the group of satisfied Customers will be awarded the prize.
- (**) In case the Customer group that satisfies the conditions of the Award Mechanism in Period 2 and Period 3 has the same Spending Turnover, the Customer who reaches the Spending Turnover milestone in the period earlier in the satisfied Customer group will be eligible for the award.
- In case a transaction has been made but then cancelled, partially or fully refunded due to a system error, from the Customer or a third party cancelling/refunding the transaction, the value of the cancelled, partially or fully refunded transaction will be deducted from the valid transaction value/valid turnover.
- Any transaction that MB suspects is an invalid transaction based on information about the time, place of transaction or other factors will be deducted from the total valid spending transaction. MB has the right to request the Cardholder to provide financial invoices and additional documents/information of the spending items to prove the valid transaction. In case the Cardholder does not or cannot prove the valid transaction, MB has the right to not count the Cardholder's transactions as valid spending value during the Program Period.
- Any value of cancelled, disputed and/or refunded transactions during the Program Period will be deducted from the total eligible spending transaction value.
- When the prize results are available, MB will announce the official winning customer results on the bank's website ( www.mbbank.com.vn ) and at MB's transaction locations (if necessary), and at the same time notify the official winning customers of the time, location, and procedure for receiving the prize by calling the MB247 switchboard ((84-24) 3767 4050) or the fixed landline number of MB's Branch/Transaction Office; or email the customer via MB's email [email protected]. MB will not be responsible in case MB cannot contact the winning customer according to the information that the customer has registered.
- Within 05 working days from the date MB announces the list of winners/contacts the Customer, if the Customer does not confirm receiving the prize, MB will assume that the Customer does not wish to receive the prize, MB will consider the prize and award it to other customers according to the program mechanism.
- In case MB has confirmed the winner according to the rules but the Customer wants to transfer to another person, according to the regulations, the transferee will be the "Direct relative" of the transferor. Direct relatives are understood as parents, siblings, spouses, children.
- If the customer is not granted a visa or does not wish to directly participate in the trip, MB will consider and award the prize to other customers according to the program's mechanism.
- After receiving the prize winning notification, the Customer completes the procedures according to MB Bank's regulations and coordinates with the Trip Organizer to complete the procedural documents (including but not limited to visa documents, identity proof...) so that the Trip Organizer can support the related procedures.
- Visa issuance depends on the decision of the French Embassy (where visa applications are received), MB Bank and the Trip Organizer are not responsible for this result.
- Customers are responsible for paying personal income tax as prescribed.
