On the evening of June 25, rapper Den Vau officially released the music product "FRIENDSHIP".
Famous as a singer who "specializes in guessing Literature topics" with 4 consecutive years of having music products with elements that overlap with Literature works for high school graduation exams, Den Vau's new MV has once again become a "hot" topic discussed by students.
Based on the details appearing in the male rapper's music products, many predictions have been made.
Throughout the MV "FRIENDSHIP", the image of a man rowing a boat in the desert reminds many people of the works "The Ferryman on the Da River" by Nguyen Tuan and "The Boat Out at Sea" by Nguyen Minh Chau.
However, before that, Den Vau also posted some suggestive images on his personal page, with his feet tied in the middle of the desert and an anchor with an arrow pointing to a glass of water. These two details made the online community speculate that the work that Den Vau predicted was "Dat Nuoc" by author Nguyen Khoa Diem.
The rapper's post quickly attracted a large number of interactions with more than 160k likes, more than 20k comments and 9k shares just a few days after posting.
The students enthusiastically debated the real work that Den Vau wanted to mention in his MV.
The reason why the name Den Vau is mentioned a lot in every high school graduation exam is because his music products "released" in June and July coincidentally have elements that coincide with the works chosen in the Literature exam.
Since 2019, Den Vau is said to have guessed correctly 4 times in a row. In 2019, the MV "2 million years" with only one scene of the male rapper soaking in water caused a fever when the Literature exam that year fell on the song "Who named the river" by writer Hoang Phu Ngoc Tuong.
In 2020, the MV "Today's Sky Is Extremely Cloudy" with the image of the Vietnamese flag is said to remind of the poem "Country" by author Nguyen Khoa Diem.
Or in 2021, the male rapper randomly posted a line in the song "Hide and Seek": "My heart has no waves, in the end I'm sinking in vain".
And the candidates taking the 2021 National High School Graduation Exam were thrilled when that year's exam required them to analyze the lyrical beauty of the girl in the poem "Waves" by Xuan Quynh.
However, the male rapper once affirmed that he did not intend to "prophesy" and that this coincidence was only for reference. The activity of "catching the trend" of predicting exam questions from Den Vau's MV has become an interesting activity for students during each exam season.
Of course, relying on MVs to predict exam questions is not accurate and is only for entertainment purposes. “Decoding” music videos is only to “reduce stress” for students before the exam.
Candidates need to have a firm grasp of all the works and avoid "studying from memory" to avoid "misreading".
