Two young men used a knife to control a female employee and then robbed her of about 100 million VND.
On May 24, Bac Tan Uyen District Police, Binh Duong Province, are detaining two suspects related to a robbery that recently occurred in the area.
Accordingly, at about 1:20 p.m. the same day, Nguyen Van Binh (born 2000, residing in Binh Phuoc province) and Pham Tien Dung (born 2000, residing in Dong Nai province) drove a car to a store at the Viettel telecommunications service point in Ward 1, Tan Binh town, Bac Tan Uyen district.

After that, the subjects went inside and used a knife to control Ms. NTH (born in 1996) - an employee of Viettel telecommunications service point - to rob about 100 million VND.
When these two subjects ran away, Ms. H. shouted loudly. Seeing that, people nearby quickly helped chase them and reported to Tan Binh town police.
Binh and Dung had only run a short distance when they were arrested. At the scene, the police seized evidence of about 100 million VND.

Recently, in Binh Duong, there have been many cases of people being controlled by knives to rob property. For example, recently, Ms. NTP went to the Tan Dong Hiep Ward Police Station, Di An City to report that a male subject wearing a mask and a baseball cap, hiding under a clothes drying pole in front of her house, suddenly approached her. This person used a knife to her neck, controlled her and took her into the house.
The subject used tape to cover Ms. P's eyes and mouth, then tied her hands and feet, then took many properties including a motorbike, a cell phone and about 7.5 million VND.
The perpetrator was arrested later.
