The highlight of Binh Dinh Sports - Culture - Tourism Week is the Grand Prix of Binh Dinh 2024 race.

From March 22 to 31, in Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh, the Amazing Binh Dinh Fest 2024 Sports - Culture - Tourism Week will take place.

This is one of the key and outstanding activities of the province this year, mobilizing the active participation of many agencies and units, especially Quy Nhon city. Binh Dinh Sports - Culture - Tourism Week 2024 includes a series of events mainly concentrated in Thi Nai Bay and Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, starting with the opening ceremony on the evening of March 22. The two central events, considered the soul of the festival series, are the UIM - ABP Aquabike Water Motorcycle Race, from March 22 - 24 and the International Professional Powerboat Race - UIM F1H2O (Grand Prix of Binh Dinh 2024), from March 29 - 31. Both are part of the tournament system organized by the International Powerboat Federation (UIM).

UIM-F1H20 belongs to the fastest and most adventurous racing group in the world with dramatic technical maneuvers such as cornering at over 145 km/h and 226 km/h on straights. In history, there was a racer who set a world record with a speed of 261 km/h. The tournament was first officially held in 1981 in the Grand Prix format similar to Formula 1 - F1 racing with stages around the world, forming a complete season. Teams complete each race, then add up the racing time to determine the champion. UIM-F1H2O has been present in many countries around the world such as: Hungary, Wales, Malaysia, Finland, Thailand, Germany, Russia, India, China, Greece, Austria, France and countries in the Middle East... Vietnam is the 31st country the race has set foot in. The Grand Prix of Indonesia has just concluded on Lake Toba, Indonesia, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia, with the leading result (38 points) of the Binh Dinh - Vietnam team. Second place is Shariah (UAE) with 34 points; third place - Stromoy Racing (Norway) with 27 points.

In addition to the two tournaments above, Binh Dinh Sports - Culture - Tourism Week 2024 has many response activities and accompanying events such as food festival (March 22 - 24), traditional boat racing (March 25 - 27), Binh Dinh martial arts night (March 26 - 28), Binh Dinh Cross-Country Race 2024 (March 28), Binh Dinh Investment Promotion Conference 2024 (March 29), international music night (March 30). The exciting and bustling week of activities will end on the evening of March 31 with the magnificent and polyphonic Amazing Binh Dinh 2024 program.
