The live show "UVA Legend" is held at 6:00 p.m. from March 13 to 15 and March 17 at Uva village, Noong Luong commune, Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province. The program consists of 3 chapters: Chapter I - Legend of Thai people and UVA (legend of gourd), Ancient marks of Thai people; Chapter II - Legend of Khan Pieu (praising love and the legend of Khau cut); Chapter III - Rituals and culture - Humanistic, ancient beauty, pride of Thai people and the connection between present and past (between people today and their origins, sources).
The show is associated with the natural landscape of Uva Hot Spring Resort and Uva Lotus Lake. The event is expected to bring visitors new, unique and attractive experiences, soon becoming a unique tourism product of the province. At the same time, it contributes to connecting the community and businesses to build attractive, widespread and cohesive products.
Within the framework of the National Tourism Year - Dien Bien 2024, 169 programs and events will take place; including 13 national programs and events organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, ministries, departments and central branches; Dien Bien province will organize 28 programs, events and activities; 128 events and activities will be organized by 33 provinces and centrally-run cities.
National Tourism Year - Dien Bien 2024 with the theme "Glory of Dien Bien Phu - Endless Experience" will create a premise to strengthen connections, create momentum for tourism development between Dien Bien province and the Northwestern provinces and provinces and cities across the country, soon turning tourism into a spearhead economic sector and contributing to enhancing the image, position and brand of Vietnamese tourism in general and Dien Bien province in particular this year and the following years.
