At the forum, cadres and union members discussed compliance with discipline, laws, regulations, statutes, instructions, orders, and regulations of superiors.

The forum also pointed out some situations showing signs of violations of law and discipline by soldiers such as: Drug addiction; acts of opposing orders, desertion; borrowing money without the ability to pay back; showing reluctance to study, reluctance to train, expressing boredom in love or unusual psychological developments in some new soldiers...

Cadres and union members have given their enthusiastic opinions, lessons and experiences from practical management and maintenance of the unit; proposed new ways of organizing and implementing models and movements to improve the quality of propaganda, dissemination, legaleducation and discipline for cadres and union members.
