
Ha Tinh Electricity Company has proactively planned, strengthened inspection and maintenance of the power grid system and arranged staff to operate 24/7, meeting the need for safe and stable power supply for the 10th grade high school entrance exam.
The 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year will take place from June 2 to 4. The province has 36 examination councils with a total of 703 examination rooms in public high schools in the province and secondary schools in Ha Tinh city. To best serve the electricity needs throughout the exam, Ha Tinh Electricity Company has developed safe and stable power supply plans. The industry has established working groups to review the entire power grid infrastructure, inspect transformer systems, medium and low voltage lines at important exam locations. At the same time, handle defects and have solutions to respond to locations at risk of incidents to minimize the risk of power outages during the exam period.

In Ha Tinh City, the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year will be held at 4 exam locations: Thanh Sen High School; Ha Tinh Specialized High School, Le Van Thiem Secondary School and Nguyen Du Secondary School. Following the company's direction on power supply for the exam, the City Electricity has proactively worked and coordinated with the examination councils in the area to grasp the power supply needs at the exam sites and working locations of the steering committee and examination council. At the same time, organize inspections and simultaneously energize all equipment for at least 1 hour to check the operating status of the power system in the exam area, grade the exam, and create exam questions to proactively propose solutions during the exam.

The unit also conducts a comprehensive inspection of the power system within the unit's management scope, handles weak points at substations and power lines; load-carrying status of distribution transformers and low-voltage power lines; clears the grid safety corridor, replaces unsafe equipment, handles poor contact points... to ensure grid operations, and prevent overloads. For problems on the grid belonging to customer assets, the consulting unit notifies and requests management units to promptly handle them; unifies coordination in handling unusual incidents on the grid.
Mr. Tran Anh Dung - Director of the City Electricity Department said: "It is forecasted that the weather during the exam days will be very hot, so ensuring safe and stable power supply throughout before, during and after the exam is very important, creating favorable conditions for candidates to do well on the test, contributing to ensuring the organization of the exam goes smoothly and successfully. Along with synchronously implementing technical solutions, the unit also arranges on-duty forces, spare equipment, fuel and vehicles to ensure timely handling when incidents may occur. The unit also strengthens coordination with functional agencies and local authorities at all levels to promote propaganda on protecting the safety of power grid corridors, using electricity safely, economically and preventing fire and explosion for electrical works and important locations during the exam period".
In particular, from June 2 to 4, the City Electricity Company will not conduct power outages as planned, except in cases of unexpected incidents.

At this time, Duc Tho Electricity has also completed preparations and is ready to ensure power supply to exam sites in the area.
Mr. Hoang Chi Thanh - Deputy Director of Duc Tho Electricity said: "In Duc Tho district, there are 2 exam sites at Tran Phu High School and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School. Since the beginning of last week, the unit has organized teams to inspect the power grid infrastructure, transformer systems, medium and low voltage lines at the exam sites. We also work with the exam councils to have plans and solutions for stable and uninterrupted power supply. During the exam days, at each exam site, the unit arranges 3-4 workers to be on duty throughout the day to be ready to deploy safe and stable power supply plans and handle quickly if any incidents occur."
The weather during the days of the 10th grade entrance exam is forecast to be hot and sunny. Determined to ensure a stable power source and avoid local overloads when the heat occurs, the Ha Tinh electricity sector is mobilizing maximum forces and means to ensure the exam takes place safely and smoothly; preparing backup power sources to avoid power interruptions that could affect this important exam.
