Accordingly, no stopping and no parking signs will be added on Dinh Cong Trang Street from Doan Thi Diem to Dinh Tien Hoang; electric cars serving to transport visitors to Hue Imperial City will be allowed to enter Cua Ngan Street and 23/8 Street; one-way traffic will be organized for cars on Le Truc Street from Dinh Tien Hoang to Doan Thi Diem. Electric cars serving to transport visitors to Hue Imperial City will be allowed to go in both directions. In addition, 23/8 Street from Doan Thi Diem to Dinh Tien Hoang will prohibit two-way parking.
The city also added an additional sign prohibiting odd-even parking from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Hai Ba Trung Street from Ngo Quyen to Nguyen Hue.
