Local adjustment of detailed planning for renovation of both sides of Ngo Gia Tu street

On November 27, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 6141/QD-UBND on Approving the Local Adjustment of land plot TH-01 under the Local Adjustment project of the Detailed Planning for renovation and embellishment of both sides of Ngo Gia Tu street and the Detailed Planning of Viet Hung New Urban Area - scale 1/500, in Duc Giang ward, Long Bien district.

According to the project of Local Adjustment of the Detailed Planning for Renovation and Renovation of both sides of Ngo Gia Tu Street and the Detailed Planning for Viet Hung New Urban Area - scale 1/500 approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 5443/QD-UBND dated October 1, 2019, the land plot with symbol TH-01 is determined to function as Primary School land with the following architectural planning indicators: Land area 11,261m2, construction density 35%, land use coefficient 1.05, 3 floors high.

Now, the scope, boundaries, usage functions and architectural planning criteria of land plot TH-01 are maintained according to the approved detailed planning, 1 basement (1,390m2) is added and the organization of landscape architecture space in the land plot is adjusted (Green area: 3,547m2).
