Accordingly, the adjusted area belongs to An Dien ward and An Tay ward, Ben Cat city; adjacent to: East side adjacent to main road KV.94-38m; West side adjacent to Truc CDT.01-42m road (DT744 road) and residential land; South side adjacent to Protrade International Industrial Park; North side adjacent to main road KV.97-30m and main road DT08-42m (DH606 road). Based on the boundary of Binh Duong Riverside ISC Science and Technology Industrial Park and the Commercial - Service Urban Area in An Tay Ward and An Dien Ward as oriented in Binh Duong Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, adjusting the contents on land use and traffic including: Adjusting the location of residential land and industrial land, in which residential land adjusts the area from 6,170.89 ha to 6,152.67 ha (decrease of about 18.22 ha); industrial land adjusts the area from 4,081.46 ha to 4,133.75 ha (increase of about 52.29 ha). Adjusting the isolated green land (area of ​​about 35.07 ha) to industrial land. Adjusting the bus station land area from 3.89 ha to 4.33 ha (increase of 0.44 ha due to adjusting the main road KV.96-25m).

Adjusting the route of traffic routes, including the main road KV.96-25m: Adjusting the route of the route to the North about 200m to connect traffic with the main road CDT.01-42m (DT744 road).
