The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival DIFF 2024, directed by the Da Nang City People's Committee, sponsored and organized bySun Group Corporation with the support of cooperating brands, has officially ended, leaving many impressions of a large-scale festival with international quality in the city on the banks of the Han River. The grandstand has more than 10,000 seats. For the final night alone, 1,600 more seats were added to the south of the grandstand to serve the audience...

In particular, it takes a year to prepare for the script and implementation of the Festival, with more than 2,000 employees of Da Nang city mobilized to serve DIFF 2024...

All of the above are not only new and unique features of DIFF 2024, but also demonstrate the efforts in organizing events and festivals of the city on the banks of the Han River, wishing to bring great experiences to the audience throughout the 5 nights, as well as over 1 month of the Festival, thereby affirming the brand of Event and Festival Destination of Da Nang city.

In particular, the fireworks displays of the teams in the 5 competition nights have exploded the Han River space, brightening the Da Nang night sky. Accordingly, to have such high-quality fireworks displays, the 8 competing teams have tried to invest in their performances with elaborate shooting scenarios, with more than tens of thousands of types of fireworks used, along with countless different effects and colors. Particularly for the final, the organizing committee has provided all the fireworks for the two teams China and Finland, so that the two teams can create unique and impressive performances for the audience.

With a large and thoughtful investment in organization, the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival has continued to affirm its strong attraction. The clear evidence is that according to statistics, in just 4 nights of DIFF, the total number of guests served by accommodation establishments reached more than 268 thousand, an increase of 11.9% over the same period of DIFF 2023. The room occupancy rate of the whole city reached 70-77% on the nights of the event. Particularly from July 11 to 13, before and during the final night, the total number of flights to Da Nang was about 455; accommodation establishments served more than 90 thousand guests on the night of July 13; the total room occupancy rate of the whole city was about 95%. In addition, the number of guests served by cruise ships reached 100% capacity.

Held since 2008, the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival has become an event with its own brand, attractive to Da Nang city. And DIFF 2024 not only carries the mission of "Connecting the world, shining on five continents", increasing tourists' love for the destination, promoting the brand of Da Nang - Asia's leading event and festival destination, but the Festival is also a strong push, contributing to bringing in a large source of revenue, promoting the socio-economic development of Da Nang city.
