Soursop tea, a strange flavor in the middle of summer
According to the reporter’s research, there are currently many cooling drinks on the market made from fresh vegetables and fruits. The most popular drinks are fruit juices, sugarcane juice, ginseng juice, lemon tea, etc. The prices of these drinks are only from 10,000 to 30,000 VND.
However, one drink that is making its own mark is soursop tea, with a light sour taste, natural sweetness and the characteristic aroma of soursop.
Soursop tea is a popular drink in the summer.
Soursop and butterfly pea flower tea is also popular with many people.
Mr. Hoang Tuan - owner of a beverage shop in Ha Dong, Hanoi said that in addition to the juices that are popular with many customers, people also like to drink soursop tea in the summer. "In addition to making smoothies, ice cream, and eating directly, soursop is also very popular as tea. In particular, many young people like this drink because it is both delicious and helps cool the body," he shared.
He also noted that when making soursop tea, you should choose ripe, shiny, large-spiked soursops that are not too soft because when eaten, they will feel soft and mushy. The sugar used is also diet sugar or honey to adjust the sweetness according to your preference. To ensure health safety, everyone should drink all the soursop tea during the day because leaving it overnight is not good.
With a fairly simple preparation method, soursop tea is not only loved for its delicious, refreshing taste but also for its reasonable price, starting from only 30,000 VND/cup. Along with the "coverage" of soursop tea, the selling price of soursop on the market has also increased slightly compared to before.
