The year 2025 is an important milestone, commemorating the 125th anniversary of the founding of Bac Kan province (April 11, 1900 - April 11, 2025). Throughout its history, it has contained countless efforts, dedication, and sacrifices of generations of fathers and brothers to build a resilient, strong, traditional, and proud Bac Kan province. After 125 years of growth and development, Bac Kan province has overcome countless difficulties and challenges to rise up, gradually affirming its position and integrating with the general development pace of the country.

In the sacred and solemn atmosphere at Na Tu historical relic site, the delegation representing the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Kan province lit incense sticks and respectfully bowed to express their infinite gratitude to the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the beloved leader of Vietnam, National Liberation Hero, and World Cultural Celebrity.

Before the spirit of Uncle Ho, the delegation pledges to unite with the entire Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in the province to promote the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, bravery, and creativity; with will, aspiration, and steadfast determination to successfully implement the Resolution of the 12th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; confidently step forward into the era of national development.

Next, the delegation offered incense and laid wreaths in memory of the heroic martyrs at the Bac Kan Provincial Martyrs Cemetery and the Phu Thong Historical Site. Before the heroic martyrs, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Kan pledge to stand firm under the Party's leadership; unite, promote intelligence to successfully complete the tasks of socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security; and do a good job of repaying gratitude.
