The National Assembly Delegation of Bac Kan province met with voters before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the Conference, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation included: Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Hoang Duy Chinh; Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Hue .

Also attending were representatives of the People's Committee, People's Council of Bac Kan City, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and many local voters.

After listening to the National Assembly deputies inform voters about the expected content and program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly and report on the results of handling and responding to voters' opinions and recommendations from before and after the 8th Session until now, in a democratic and frank spirit, voters of Huyen Tung ward and Nong Thuong commune raised many enthusiastic opinions and recommendations.

In Huyen Tung ward, voters proposed to promptly resolve the cumbersome and delayed procedures for granting land use right certificates; to overcome the degradation of National Highway 3 through the ward; to strictly handle the exploitation of compensation policies for site clearance; to have a plan to resolve the headquarters of state agencies after restructuring the apparatus or no longer in use to avoid abandonment and waste...

In Nong Thuong commune, Voters requested clarification of policies for demobilized soldiers and resistance fighters; explanation of the reason for suspending subsidies for meritorious people; request to repair the loudspeaker system, support the construction of sports grounds for residential areas; request to have a policy for non-professional workers who quit their jobs due to organizational restructuring; consider raising the compensation level for site clearance for the Cho Moi - Bac Kan City expressway project...

The opinions and recommendations of voters were directly explained and clarified by the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Bac Kan City, Huyen Tung Ward, and Nong Thuong Commune on some contents within their authority. Other recommendations were fully compiled by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to be sent to the relevant agencies for consideration and resolution.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Hoang Duy Chinh briefly informed about the current situation, and emphasized the implementation of major policies such as: Streamlining the apparatus, merging administrative units; preparation for Party Congresses at all levels; resolving waste of public assets after merging administrative units; promoting economic growth based on science and technology, digital transformation, attracting investment (especially in Huyen Tung Industrial Cluster); mobilizing resources to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.

The Provincial Party Secretary also shared the difficulties in the policy transition period when merging administrative units, hoping that voters would understand and agree; called for increased solidarity, affirmed that he would strictly handle cases of intentional exploitation of land clearance policies, and hoped that voters would support key transport projects in the province. At the same time, he asked voters to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, grasp the policies of the Party and the State, and agree with the Party Committee and the government to join hands to build Bac Kan into an increasingly innovative and developed homeland.
