In recent times, the People's Committee of Vinh Hai commune has seriously and effectively implemented tasks and policies related to stabilizing production and people's lives. Prioritizing investment resources and supporting production development, people's lives have been significantly improved, and cultural conditions have been enhanced. Attention has been paid to the implementation of social security policies. Thereby, there has been a clear change in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members and local people in coordinating to implement projects in the area. Up to now, Vinh Hai commune has been recognized as a commune meeting new rural standards.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the efforts and initial results of implementing the policy to stabilize production and people's lives in Vinh Hai commune in the past time. At the same time, he suggested that in the coming time, the commune continue to take care of people's lives, pay attention to and review the policies and mechanisms, and the policies to build projects in the area that are still valid, on that basis to propose suitable plans for planning, creating conditions to support people to develop production, business, and stabilize their lives.
