According to the report, currently, Dien Phuong Ward Party Committee has 303 party members participating in 16 party cells. During the last term, the work of developing party members exceeded the target set by the resolution by 123%; the quality of party cell activities has been increasingly improved.

Every year, 100% of Party cells register and 81.25% achieve the title of "4 Good Party Cell". Dien Phuong Ward Party Committee organized the "4 Good Party Cell" contest and coordinated with Dai Dong Commune Party Committee (Dai Loc District) to organize a seminar on the "4 Good Party Cell" model.

The Party Committee and the Party Inspection Committee of the ward conducted 29 inspections and supervisions at 16 Party cells and 29 Party members, thereby disciplining 1 case with a warning.

Regarding mass mobilization work, the Party Committee directed the construction and replication of 22 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models, typically the security camera route model, flower route model, mobilizing farmer members to eradicate mimosa trees on abandoned rice fields to put them into production...

Speaking at the working session, representatives of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee - members of the Survey Delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Dien Phuong Ward Party Committee in implementing the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, especially in the field of Party building work.

At the same time, it is recommended that the locality focus on leading the implementation of Directive 50 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on organizing party congresses at all levels towards the 23rd Quang Nam Provincial Party Congress (term 2025 - 2030); propose new, breakthrough, and highlighted targets and solutions to soon turn Dien Phuong into a civilized urban ward.

Regarding the recommendations and proposals of the Ward Party Committee and the opinions of the delegates, the Survey Team will synthesize and complete the report to submit to the Provincial Party Congress Document Subcommittee.
