Hai Phong Department of Health Youth Union: Pioneering and innovating in the new term

The congress took place in the context of the city's youth actively competing, promoting their pioneering and creative roles in implementing socio -economic development tasks, building civilized urban areas and new rural areas. During the 2022 - 2025 term, the Youth Union and youth movement of the Department of Health achieved many comprehensive results: effectively organizing health communication activities, humanitarian medical examination and treatment, voluntary blood donation, community health care and activities to honor policy families with a total value of hundreds of millions of VND. Many typical models such as "Volunteer Spring", "Giving medicine to improve community health" were highly appreciated. Youth Union members actively researched science, innovated their expertise, had 25 topics in 2023 and 1 individual was awarded a Certificate of Merit for Creative Labor.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Youth Union of the Department of Health sets a target of 100% of its members studying and fully grasping the Party's resolutions and policies, focusing on implementing the "5 pioneers" movement, associated with digital transformation, innovation and international integration. The Union strives to complete 100% of its annual targets, continuing to maintain the title of excellent performance.

Speaking at the Congress, the leaders acknowledged the outstanding achievements and at the same time directed the Union to continue promoting its pioneering spirit, stepping up scientific research, improving professional quality, building a strong organization and proactively introducing outstanding union members to the Party.

The new Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Department of Health was introduced to the congress.

The Congress appointed the Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 15 comrades; Comrade Vu Nhu Luan holds the position of Secretary, Comrade Quach Dinh Quang holds the position of Deputy Secretary, Member in charge of inspection. At the same time, the Congress elected 8 official delegates to attend the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the City People's Committee.
