Thien An said all her emotions were still intact, both emotional, surprised and grateful from the moment that helped her change her life. But more than that, it was a turning point that opened up a journey of self- discovery , a journey that she believes is similar to many women out there: always strong, striving and persistently pursuing her dreams.
Doan Thien An's path was not paved with "roses." Coming from a family with difficult circumstances, she gradually asserted herself through fashion shows and beauty contests.
From the highest title of the 2018 Ao Dai Female Student Face contest to the crown of Miss Grand Vietnam 2022, Doan Thien An shared that she wants to strive towards the image of an intelligent, brave and constantly learning beauty.
Three years after her coronation, 2025 marked an important milestone, the time when she proved her seriousness and dedication to the role of an actress. The beauty officially had her first leading role in the movie "Billionaire Kiss." The work, shown during the Tet At Ty season, earned more than 200 billion VND in revenue. Thien An's acting ability received good feedback. She was assessed to have gone beyond the image of a beauty queen, with the potential to go far in the role of an actress.
After that milestone, Doan Thien An continued to be trusted by director Le Thien Vien and producer Ly Minh Thang to play the female lead in the film project “Love Poem to the Nun,” starring alongside veteran actors such as People’s Artist Le Khanh, Hua Vi Van, Thanh Son, Lam Vy Da. The work belongs to the spiritual-emotional genre, with dramatic colors and inner depth, and is a new challenge for her to demonstrate her ability to transform on the big screen.
Not wanting to limit herself to any framework, Doan Thien An continued to challenge herself when participating in the reality show "Stars join the army." The image of a beauty queen willing to overcome harsh environments, not afraid of getting dirty or hard work helped her score points with the audience, especially the youth.

In particular, she initiated “Defect,” a project that stemmed from her own childhood traumas growing up in an incomplete family. Last June, Thien An and the project visited SOS Children’s Village Nha Trang, organized a workshop, presented many practical gifts and provided financial support to the children./.
