
Perspective of Thanh Thanh Cong residential area with a scale of more than 42 hectares in Tay Ninh province
On October 31, TTC Group announced that businesses in the TTC ecosystem have signed a cooperation agreement with financial partners to develop Thanh Thanh Cong residential area (TTC residential area), a sustainable ecological urban project of more than 42 hectares in Tay Ninh province.
Accordingly, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) is the investor of the residential area project, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land) develops the project and Vietcombank is the financial partner.
With a scale of more than 42 hectares, the TTC residential project is planned to include commercial townhouses, apartments, social housing, parks, schools, sports areas, shopping centers and water parks, aiming for a green living environment.
The project supplements the housing supply for Tay Ninh and creates additional housing supply to serve workers in local industrial parks.
Mr. Dang Van Thanh - Chairman of TTC Group - said that with more than 35,000 workers currently working at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park and expected to reach 50,000 people when completed, the development of TTC residential area is a practical step to create a civilized and convenient living environment for the workforce.
According to Mr. Thanh, TTC orients the project according to an integrated urban model, including about 4,000 apartments for workers at reasonable prices, with standard infrastructure, landscape and a bridge directly connecting the industrial park.
