Businesses are "thirsty" for qualified and skilled human resources.

In recent years, Hung Yen province has welcomed a wave of investment from large domestic and foreign companies and corporations, creating jobs for many workers, contributing to promoting socio-economic development. However, many industrial parks, clusters and enterprises are currently "thirsty" for human resources, especially skilled workers. The province's functional departments, together with localities and vocational training institutions, are making efforts to solve this problem by promoting vocational training to improve the quality of human resources, meet the requirements of businesses and "welcome the wave" of new businesses entering the market.
