Although implementing many solutions to attract human resources through vocational training institutions, Employment Service Centers and social networking sites and publicizing preferential policies on salary, bonus, and social welfare, the enterprise's labor recruitment, especially the need to recruit qualified and skilled workers, is not easy.

Hung Phat Production and Investment Joint Stock Company (Minh Duc Industrial Park) is an enterprise specializing in the production of aluminum profile products, currently creating jobs for over 200 workers. Currently, it is entering   It is the peak season for companies to recruit workers to serve year-end orders. However, for the company, recruiting unskilled workers is difficult, and for positions requiring high levels of professional skills, including product quality control staff, it is even more difficult. Ms. Vu Thi Hong Loan, in charge of human resources of the Company, said: We have difficulty recruiting skilled workers. To attract workers, we have publicized preferential policies for workers, but recruitment is still difficult.

In recent years, Hung Yen province has been like a "magnet" attracting large enterprises and corporations to invest. Monitoring the activities of job fairs organized by the Provincial Employment Service Center shows that the shortage of labor, especially skilled labor, is a difficult "problem" in many industrial production sectors, especially in the fields of manufacturing, technology and FDI enterprises with modern production lines and technology.

The reason is that the education and training stream is not really effective; many families do not want their children to go to vocational school but choose to go to university; the training programs of vocational training institutions have not kept up with the actual needs of businesses and the labor market, leading to a shortage of human resources with appropriate expertise. On the other hand, some businesses do not have effective policies to attract and retain technical workers; the world 's technology level develops rapidly, while workers have not had time to adapt.
