Japanese enterprises explore cooperation opportunities in Vinh Long province

According to the Department of Industry and Trade, recently, in a series of investment promotion and trade cooperation activities between the two localities of Vinh Long (Vietnam) and Ehime (Japan), the working delegation of Ehime province (Japan) and JAPAN NUS Company came to work with Ca Viet Trading Company Limited (Thanh Phuoc commune). This is one of the important activities to prepare for the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on economic cooperation between the two localities, expected in January 2026.

At the meeting, Ca Viet Trading Company Limited gave an overview of its production and business activities. Currently, the company has more than 40 dried seafood products exported to many countries, including the Japanese market. The company is also in the process of negotiating cooperation with a business in Ehime province specializing in processing and trading dried seafood products.

Representatives of Ca Viet Trading Co., Ltd. hope to receive support, advice and connection from the Ehime Provincial Government and JAPAN NUS Company to remove difficulties in the negotiation process, promote trade cooperation between the two sides, and aim to sign an official cooperation contract in the near future.

The representative of JAPAN NUS Company acknowledged the proposals and affirmed that it will play the role of a bridge for cooperation between Japanese enterprises and Vinh Long enterprises. At the same time, introduce the products of Ca Viet Trading Company Limited to potential partners in Japan, thereby expanding opportunities for bilateral trade promotion.
