At the program, Mr. Tran Dai Nghia - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Minh Duc Construction Group (Minh Duc), shared the topic: "Applying digital platforms integrating AI in business management to improve productivity and competitive advantage". Minh Duc Group, with 15 years of operation and 500 employees, faces many difficulties in management due to the diversity of business and operation of many branches. Difficulties include slow data retrieval, reduced ability to expand international markets and problems in supply chain management affecting construction progress. Manual processes cause errors and are costly with 168 million VND for office supplies, 120 million VND for meeting travel and 216 million VND for financial control personnel salaries each year.
The reason Minh Duc Group chose digital transformation with MISA AMIS platform.
Faced with these challenges, Minh Duc decided to digitally transform to optimize costs and enhance competitiveness in the market. Mr. Tran Dai Nghia said that after a process of research and evaluation, the Board of Directors of Minh Duc Group decided to choose to deploy the MISA AMIS digital platform of MISA Joint Stock Company (MISA) to comprehensively digitally transform all business activities.
Minh Duc Group's effectiveness after 2 years of digital transformation with MISA AMIS platform.
Explaining this choice, Mr. Nghia said that the MISA AMIS platform fully meets the business operations of the enterprise from finance - accounting, sales, human resources and inter-departmental management activities. After 2 years of implementing the digital platform developed by MISA, Minh Duc Group has had many positive changes in business activities and operations. Thanks to using the MISA AMIS platform, Minh Duc's Board of Directors can easily access information to make quick business decisions. Sales, warehouse, production, payment and debt data are closely and accurately linked together, helping to reduce manual workload for employees. In particular, sales data is automatically connected to MISA accounting software to help accurately record revenue. In addition, signing documents on the MISA AMIS WeSign digital signature platform also helps Minh Duc save 168 million in printing costs/year. At the same time, save 216 million/year on the cost of hiring financial control personnel.
In addition to the immediate measurable benefits, Mr. Nghia affirmed that digital transformation with the MISA AMIS platform also brings long-term benefits to the Group. Instead of spending all day approving and signing documents, leaders now only need a few minutes on the platform. Employees do not have to wait to meet leaders in person to get signatures, and the transaction process with customers is also faster when it takes a few minutes to confirm instead of a whole week of paperwork. With MISA AMIS Accounting , Minh Duc is confident in expanding without having to increase staff, saving 50% of human resources. This shows that digital transformation also helps connect departments, create consensus and simplify processes.
