The Telegraph reported that a witness outside the event grounds said that he and his friends took many actions to attract the attention of Mr. Trump's security team when they discovered a stranger crawling on the roof of the building with a rifle while Mr. Trump was speaking on stage in Butler city, Pennsylvania on July 13 (this morning, July 14, Vietnam time).
What did Mr. Trump say about the wound after being shot?
Witnesses said the gunman was wearing dark clothing. Unverified footage circulating on social media shows a body in light grey clothing lying on a low-rise building – believed to be that of the gunman who shot Mr Trump.
"We saw this guy crawling, like a bear, on the roof of the building next to us, 15 meters away from us. We pointed at that guy for about 3 minutes but the police didn't respond," said the witness wearing a Trump 2020 hat.

Witnesses said Mr Trump's security forces may not have spotted the gunman because of the steep roof, but questioned why security was not patrolling or monitoring surrounding buildings.
"This place is not very big. There are only a few buildings around here. Why are there no secret agents in the buildings around the area?", the witness wondered.
Commenting on the incident, Mr. Richard Goldinger, an attorney in the city of Butler, said that security agencies may have been a bit indifferent and thought that this would not happen to a president or former president.
In a statement, the US Secret Service later confirmed that the shooter had been killed.
