Choose to study at college in Vietnam because of reasonable cost and good training quality
In the atmosphere of the opening day of Saigon Polytechnic College, Phyu Sin Oo, 22 years old, a student from Myanmar, shared the reason for choosing Vietnam as a place to study and develop herself. As a new student majoring in Japanese language, Sin Oo admitted that at first she could not avoid difficulties in language, culture and cuisine . However, what impressed her was the friendliness and closeness of Vietnamese people and the dedication of teachers in the teaching process.
According to Sin Oo, the reason she chose to study at a college in Vietnam was because of the reasonable cost, good training quality and wide career opportunities. "I want to experience Vietnamese culture and improve my Japanese language skills. After two years of study, I plan to go to Japan to work with the support of the school," Phyu Sin Oo added.
After two months of studying, Sin Oo said she not only learned specialized knowledge but also practiced creative thinking, teamwork skills and confidence in communication. "I really admire the hardworking spirit of Vietnamese students. They inspire me to try harder every day," she said.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mong Lanh, Director of the school's Admissions and Communications Center, said that the school is currently training more than 500 international students from Myanmar, Cuba, Laos and Thailand. The students are mainly studying Japanese language, business administration, logistics... with the curriculum taught in English. In addition, students from Laos also learn Vietnamese to facilitate their daily life and communication.
In addition, Saigon Polytechnic College also has a team of international lecturers from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Laos... participating in teaching. This multicultural environment helps Vietnamese and international students have more opportunities to interact and exchange right at the school.

Sponsoring scholarships worth over 1 billion VND for students from Cuba
At the opening ceremony, Saigon Polytechnic College awarded 8 full scholarships to students from Cuba and Laos. Of which 6 scholarships worth more than 1 billion VND were for Cuban and Lao students, 2 scholarships worth more than 300 million VND. These students will be supported with all tuition and accommodation expenses during their 2.5 years of study in Vietnam, as an encouragement for their spirit of overcoming difficulties and excelling in their studies.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Ariadne Feo Labrada, Consul General of Cuba in Ho Chi Minh City, expressed her deep gratitude to the school for sponsoring full scholarships, creating favorable learning conditions for Cuban students. "The majors that Cuban students are studying such as marketing, business administration, electricity and electronics... are all key and important fields, serving the economic development of our country," Ms. Ariadne Feo Labrada said.
