Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy joins hands to support people affected by floods

Promoting the tradition of "mutual love", the staff, lecturers, employees and students of Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy have carried out many practical activities towards people severely affected by floods in the eastern part of the province.

Specifically, the program "Joining hands to overcome floods" organized by the Buon Ma Thuot Happiness - Medicine and Pharmacy Fund in coordination with Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital and the Youth Union - Student Association of Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy has mobilized 66.4 million VND in cash and necessities (equivalent to 350 million VND). All cash and necessities have been transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for timely distribution to disadvantaged households.

Representatives of Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy presented funds to support people affected by floods and storms to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

In addition, Buon Ma Thuot Medical and Pharmaceutical Happiness Fund also organized the direct donation of 200 gifts (necessities, worth 30 million VND) to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Mo commune...

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union members of Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy also demonstrated their pioneering role through volunteer activities in communes and wards that suffered heavy damage due to floods. Accordingly, 22 officers and students of Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy went to localities heavily affected by floods in the eastern part of the province to carry out practical support tasks such as: cleaning up mud, collecting garbage, cleaning roads; supporting people to arrange household items; visiting and encouraging households that suffered heavy damage after floods...

These activities have shown the responsibility of youth, contributing to spreading humanistic values ​​in the community.
