Sharing at the pre-match training session, coach Mai Duc Chung said that the coaching staff had made calculations and adjusted the training intensity so that the players could best prepare for the match.

The weather in Frankfurt at this time is maintained at 26 to 28 degrees Celsius, sunny but not tiring for the players. "In today's training session, we also reduced the intensity and volume so that the players are in the best condition for tomorrow's match. From the time we were in Vietnam until the past few days in Germany, the whole team has been training at a very high intensity, so now we are gradually reducing it. After the last match with the German women's team and returning to Vietnam, the team will continue to strengthen once again," coach Mai Duc Chung shared about the team's training plan.

This afternoon, June 9, the coaching staff let the players practice pressing along with short maneuvering exercises to increase their agility. Talking about the upcoming matches, the head coach of the Vietnamese women's team affirmed: "The three matches in Germany and the match in Poland are all very important. These are very high-level opponents for us to get acquainted with before entering the 2023 Women's World Cup campaign. The coaching staff will calculate each match, arrange the players, and test the squad to have the best preparation for the upcoming major tournament."
