FIFA World Cup remembers Tien Linh
The Vietnamese team "completed their homework" in the first leg of the AFF Cup 2024 semi-final, after leaving the artificial turf field at Jalan Besar with a 2-0 victory over the home team Singapore, who played with great strength and put strong pressure, with 2 goals from Tien Linh and Xuan Son.
Immediately after this important victory, the FIFA World Cup account immediately posted a congratulatory post. Notably, the fan page with the blue tick had the status line: " Sports are never-ending... with the symbol of an athlete trying his best to run" with the caption photo being Tien Linh's familiar celebration.
This immediately received a "heart storm" from thousands of Vietnamese fans, as many still remember a famous status line of Tien Linh on social networks before, when he, in a moment of emotion, confused "continuous effort" with "never give up" and "never give up".
Tien Linh's successful penalty broke the deadlock for the Vietnamese team.
Xuan Son is also becoming a trend.
After only 20 minutes, this very interesting status on the FIFA World Cup page received nearly 5,000 "likes" from fans and nearly 200 comments.
Even the admin's comment that followed: "Listening to Xuan Son, my heart is filled with joy" also received a huge interaction of nearly 500 times, with many comments praising the page owner for being "smart because he knew 100 million Vietnamese people would come here to answer", or "I feel sorry for Tien Linh, who once said something so funny that everyone remembers it"...
With this victory, the Vietnamese team has created great confidence for many fans before the second leg of the AFF Cup 2024 semi-final in Viet Tri on December 29, with the goal of meeting Thailand in the final.
