According to the decision, the Subcommittee consists of 21 members. Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi, member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Steering Committee, is the Head of the Subcommittee.

The Deputy Heads of the Subcommittee include: Pham Thanh Kien, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, Member of the City Steering Committee; Le Hong Nam, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department, Member of the City Steering Committee; Tran Thi Dieu Thuy, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Comrade Pham Hong Son, Chief of the City Party Committee Office, Standing Member of the City Steering Committee, is Deputy Head of the Standing Subcommittee. The members of the Subcommittee are representatives of the leaders of the city's departments and branches. The City Party Committee Office is the Standing body of the Subcommittee.

The Subcommittee is responsible for implementing its tasks and powers according to the Working Regulations of the City Steering Committee; using the seals of the Subcommittee members to serve the Subcommittee's activities.

The Steering Committee also issued the working regulations of the Subcommittee.

The Subcommittee works according to the principle of democratic centralism; the group discusses, the Head of the Subcommittee concludes for implementation.

Subcommittee members proactively perform their tasks, enhance coordination, and exchange information in the process of handling work according to assigned functions, tasks, and powers, while promoting the digital transformation process of Party agencies, closely linked with administrative reform...
