Comrade Phan Thien Dinh was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Hoang Dang Quang presented the decision and flowers to congratulate comrade Phan Thien Dinh.

Party Central Committee members: Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Nguyen Dinh Trung, Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee; Nguyen Duy Lam, Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee and representatives of leaders of central ministries, branches, Military Region IV, Hue City, Ha Tinh and Nghe An provinces attended the conference.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Hong Linh, Standing Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Secretariat decided that comrade Phan Thien Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Presenting the decision and giving a speech at the conference, comrade Hoang Dang Quang said that comrade Phan Thien Dinh is a cadre with basic training, growing up from the grassroots and having worked in many positions in different units. He is assessed as a cadre with capacity and experience in Party building and State management; determined, resolute, close to the grassroots; capable of gathering and uniting agencies and units. In all positions, he has always fulfilled assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the achievements and results of the locality and unit.

Comrade Hoang Dang Quang believes that with his experience in holding key positions in the locality, Comrade Phan Thien Dinh will promote all his capacity, enthusiasm and responsibility, continue to learn, strive, and work with the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of Ha Tinh to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Hoang Dang Quang requested comrades in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Ha Tinh province and leaders at all levels and sectors in the whole province to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, sharing, and support comrade Phan Thien Dinh in his new position and responsibility, focus on leading, directing, and successfully implementing the Resolution of the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Congress, and continue to bring Ha Tinh to develop even more strongly in the coming time...

In his acceptance speech, comrade Phan Thien Dinh, the new Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, expressed his honor to be entrusted by the Secretariat with new tasks and responsibilities in Ha Tinh province; and at the same time, he expressed his deepest thanks to the Central leaders; generations of Party leaders, authorities and people of Hue city for accompanying and supporting him to grow and contribute.

Comrade Phan Thien Dinh affirmed that he will always maintain his political mettle, moral qualities, exemplary spirit, put the interests of the Party and the people above all else; constantly promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, devote all his strength, intelligence and enthusiasm to contribute to the cause of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system, contributing to building Ha Tinh province to develop rapidly, comprehensively and sustainably in the coming time.

Comrade Phan Thien Dinh was born on December 10, 1971; hometown is Thuan An ward, Hue city. He has a Master's degree in Public Administration, Bachelor's degree in Economics, Bachelor's degree in Law; and advanced political theory.

Before being transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, comrade Phan Thien Dinh held many important positions in the former Thua Thien Hue province and now Hue city.
