Through reviewing the actual situation, in Muong Gion commune, there are currently 26 poor and near-poor households in need of support to remove temporary and dilapidated houses. The delegation visited a number of households to conduct field surveys. Through the survey, it was found that the households in need of removing temporary and dilapidated houses are all families in difficult circumstances, with makeshift housing that is not safe.

The survey results will be the basis for the commune to continue proposing support for new construction or repair for families in accordance with the actual situation, to be implemented in the coming time.

At the surveyed households, comrade Dang Ngoc Hau kindly asked about and learned about the family's circumstances, encouraged the families to work and produce with peace of mind, stabilize their lives, and gradually reduce poverty sustainably. At the same time, he requested Muong Gion commune and the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions to coordinate in implementing the steps of assessment, appraisal and development of a plan to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in accordance with regulations, ensuring the support is provided to the right subjects, helping families in difficulty to stabilize their housing.
