TPO - The Xuan Dieu Street renovation and upgrade project is a key project of Tay Ho district (Hanoi city), with a length of nearly 1.1km. The total investment is more than 388 billion VND, construction from 2020 to now has basically been completed after a period of delay due to land clearance problems.

The project to renovate and upgrade Xuan Dieu Street is a key project of Tay Ho District (Hanoi City) with a length of nearly 1.1km (the starting point of the route intersects with To Ngoc Van Street, the end point of the route intersects with Nghi Tam Street).

Currently, the project is being urgently accelerated by the Tay Ho District Construction Investment Project Management Board, aiming to soon reach the finish line, contributing to the completion of the capital's traffic infrastructure system.

Up to now, the site clearance work at the project has been completed with a total of 159/159 cases receiving compensation and support and handing over the site.

Currently, the Construction Investment Project Management Board is focusing on synchronously implementing items passing through this recovered land (specifically: reinforced concrete retaining walls, installation of technical trenches, pouring concrete pavement; building curbs, drainage ditches; clearing technical routes, moving medium and low voltage power lines...)

The road surface is expected to be completed in October 2024 and the entire route in 2024.

The area around Tu Lien Lake is also being landscaped in sync with new traffic systems such as Au Co Street and Xuan Dieu Street expansion.

Xuan Dieu Street is a vital and most important road in Tay Ho District. After the completion of the Xuan Dieu Street Renovation and Upgrade Project, it will contribute significantly to the socio-economic development of Tay Ho District in particular and Hanoi City in general.

The road axis around West Lake and Xuan Dieu Street run parallel and airy after being cleared and expanded.

On both sides of Xuan Dieu Street there are many lakes creating landscape and regulating a large residential area.

The project creates convenient traffic connections with the Central Party Office villa area, Tay Ho Palace, solves traffic congestion during holidays, Tet, National Assembly sessions, Party Congresses; gradually completes the traffic infrastructure of Quang An peninsula area according to approved planning, develops local socio-economic and tourism ; creates a civilized and modern street.
